Reading hall for general service: 09.00-22.00 (with no break in operations);
Halls for specific service: 09.00-18.00 (with no break in operations)
Saturday: universal reading hall – from 9.00 to 17.00 (with no break in operations)
Last Friday of each month: cleaning day
